Deleting a child page

There are two kinds of pages in Oracle Instant Portal: top-level pages, which appear in a tab set (starting with the page called Home), and child pages, which are children of the top-level pages.

To delete a child page:

1. Display the top-level page to which the child page belongs.
2. Click the Edit Mode handle bar () to enter edit mode.
3. Click the name of the page you want to delete in the navigation area. The edit page toolbar is displayed:

   

4. Click the garbage can icon.



5. On the confirmation dialog, click Yes.

Notes

• You must have Manage privileges on the top-level page to delete a child page.
• You cannot delete the currently active page. Display another child page, then perform the delete operation.
